- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a cash, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
