Situated in the centre of the village of Ericeira, this charming flat is a stone's throw from the famous beaches and local shops! it's just a two-minute walk from Praia do Sul, known for its history and more recently surfing.
The cosy living room with dining area has direct access to the balcony, where you can also enjoy your meals outdoors, enjoying our wonderful sunshine! The kitchenette is equipped to receive your cooking

Pricing & Payments
For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount, up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit 250.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;

Late check-in:
