On the 1st floor you will find an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cosy and large living room with access to the garden and a spacious terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy your sunbathing. There is also a room with 2 single beds and a toilet with shower.
On the 2nd floor you will find two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. In mezzanine (sleeps 2 people on sofa bed) ; 1 toilet with bath tub. The balcony surrounding the villa is equipped with sun loungers and a beautiful sea view.
The barbecue is furnished in order to bring the whole family together, enjoying the outdoor meals with sea aroma, space where children can play outdoors and safely.
