This cosy house is located in a small town. Quiet place to enjoy a really restful family holiday in contact with nature.
The house has a living room and kitchen (kitchenette) equipped for you to prepare your meals, with access to a large terrace.
2 bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom with shower and the other with two single beds. There is also another bathroom with a bathtub.
The living room has a sofa bed that accommodates up to 2 people.
Outside there is a large terrace with grass where you can have your meals enjoying the sun and the fresh air of the place.
Located 5 km from the Monument of Mafra and 2 km from the Typical Village of Sobreiro, 5 km from the village of Ericeira where you will find the famous beaches of Surf or where you can simply get a good tan.
Pricing & Payments
For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit 300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - 30.00;
10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - 40.00;
24h00 to 02h00 - 50,00.
Check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.;
Extra cleaning services only available when requested at the time of booking (extra payment).
